Stephanie Chapman

Stephanie first discovered yoga in 2012 and immediately felt its transformative power. The gifts of mindfulness, breath awareness, and flexibility she experienced on the mat began to flow into her everyday life and her work as a high school teacher. Inspired by the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga, she felt called to share this practice with others. Stephanie’s teaching is rooted in kindness and connection. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where students feel supported, inspired, and empowered to explore all the beautiful ways yoga can enrich their lives.

Kristy Hathorn

Kristy’s love for yoga began the moment she stepped onto the mat. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and is now a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 with certifications in Kids Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Yin. For Kristy, yoga is more than movement—it is an opportunity to cultivate peace and presence. She believes yoga is accessible to every body and every age, creating a supportive space for self-awareness and mindful connection. Her intention is for each student to leave class feeling grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves.

Erin Hogg

Erin has always had a heart for service and care. Erin believes that we are whole-body beings — mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and true wellness comes from nurturing all three. Each time she steps on the mat, she is reminded that yoga is not just movement, but a way to heal and reconnect with ourselves. She is deeply grateful to share the same studio space that shaped her own path as a teacher, and she hopes every student leaves her class feeling peaceful, empowered, and renewed.

Follow Shannon and Heather into a world of healing sound frequencies. Experience the soothing resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and bells as friendship and sound healing come together to create a deeply restorative journey. These gentle vibrations calm the nervous system, restore balance, and deepen the connection to the body, heart and energy.

She operates grounded in the belief that true health involves a whole-person approach nurturing every aspect of an individual's life.

James Osborne

James Osborne is trying to find some answers to the complexities of our world and yoga has become a comrade on this quest. He finally has learned how to breathe, move so he won't  hurt himself, and discovered a community of friends who want to celebrate this connection. Every day that he practices yoga he learns something. It's humbling, exciting, motivating, and he can't wait to share this experience with you. He is approaching his fourth year of teaching and wants to infuse the energy, creativity, and patience that his teachers have shared with him. Yoga, the Arts, and his loved ones are the transformative powers that guide him.
