Waiver & Release

In consideration of my being admitted to enter The Yoga Farm Fest, I, for myself, my heirs, and assigns, executors and administrators, do hereby forever release and discharge The Yoga Farm Fest, Fox Creek Farms, their employees and agents, of and from any and all claims or demands for damages, injuries, or liability, in any manner arising out of participation in this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties released above from any claims or demands for damages, for injuries or liability, in any way arising out of my participation in this event at 11916 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport, LA 71115. I certify that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in this event.

I grant Yoga Farm Fest permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I authorize Yoga Farm Fest to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.
